2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

The product must be unused and unwashed
Tags must be intact
The item must be in original condition
The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased under bundle offers such as 4 tees for 999 INR
Discounted or clearance items marked as final sale
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Gift cards, if applicable

4. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may:

Choose another available product of equal value
Receive store credit valid for future purchases

We do not guarantee exchanges for limited drops once sold out.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Do not ship products back without confirmation, as they may not be accepted.

8. Important Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

REVOKD is not responsible for items lost during self-shipping if not arranged through our approved process.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we recommend trying garments carefully without removing tags until you are sure about the fit.
